As manager of the World Bank's Grass Roots Immersion Program, Maury Sterns led a unique training program for senior managers to live for a week in a poor community in the developing world.

selecting, placing, and monitoring over 1000 professors from 100
universities in 14 countries for advanced study at U.S. graduate schools.


The manner in which Maury guided the team-building exercises, the plenary, and work group sessions was masterly.
